Overview
The Yardarm Restaurant is a small place with a big imprint. In the last decades we've prided ourselves on being the go-to meeting spot for locals in Orleans. On any given day, you'll find townsfolk like fisherman, physicians and plumbers all sharing stories over drinks or watching the Patriots. The Yardarm is a place where friends meet and where new friends are made. A big reason for our popularity is our food. We have a variety of dishes in different styles, from steaks to Gumbos but there's no one else quite does fish like we do. In fact, the Yardarm is where the local fisherman go to eat. We even serve forgotten traditional favorites like Cod Cheeks. Then more come in for the friendly service. Everyone from the owners down to the wait staff has made it their utmost priority to serve you well, and you'll definitely notice the smiles on our faces and attention to detail as you slowly realize like you're dining at a friend's place. There's no where else quite like the Yardarm!

I don't know if they do. I never order clans at Yardarm. Strictly order the baked stuffed clam.

Found Yardarm on an area restaurant listing as we were staying at a resort in Brewster. We were there on a Friday night. Not many people there when we arrived around 5pm, but by the time we left after eating, every table was filled. 4 adults and a 2yr old in our party. All ordered some form of seafood. All had chowder, or squash bisque. All hot and tastey. Seafood entrees were all good and decent portions. 2 yr old had the usual kids hot dog and fries. Drinks ordered were hard cider, wine, and beer. Service was attentive. Would return when back in the area.

My family had an awesome meal. Clam chowder was hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. I’m definitely going back!!

What a delightful place to grab a bite to eat!! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and were extremely pleased with our experience! Our waitress, Lisa, was lovely and our food was absolutely divine! Best fish sandwich I have ever had!! This will definitely be somewhere we will dine at everytime we come to the Cape!!

First time visit. We chose there because they had a Monday Prime Rib special. We were not disappointed. Service was wonderful. Had a cup of clam chowder, very good,a must try. Food came out fast and hot. It will not be out last visit.

Great little family style resturant on the cape. Staff was a bothered by us at first but we quickly won them over. Food was traditional, nothing over the top but tasty and constent.

This place is awesome. Stopped in for a drink with a buddy, first time here. Katie, Janet and Nikki were great. We had a couple drinks and returned for dinner with the rest of our party. The place has a great pub atmosphere, food was great, service was top notch and very reasonably priced. I will be back each time I visit for sure!

The crab rangoons and fried clams were crispy and tasty, and the cole slaw and tartar sauce checked out. Fries were okay. The seafood casserole arrived as whole pieces of fish in a thin broth. The fish was good and I was happy to sop up the broth with the soft onion bread they brought to the table, though "casserole" is a bit misleading, and they skimped on the asparagus. The rum cake (soft and buttery - no dried fruit or nuts inside) and vanilla ice cream were delicious. The bathrooms are single-stall and a bit cramped, so accessibility may be an issue for some. Overall the food was good and the servers looked after us.
